About Zachary Washburn:

My name is Zachary Washburn and I was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on August 16th 1979. I was raised right outside of Tulsa in Claremore, Oklahoma where I still live today. At the age of twenty I stumbled upon the world of emergency restoration. I instantly knew this was for me. The fast pace and hard work gave me a professional satisfaction unlike anything I had done before. I think back to watching This Ol House on PBS with my grandfather. This was our favorite thing to do together. We would watch the homes go from worn down with time to beautiful with such great craftsmanship. I think this transferred to my love for this work as I see these homes and businesses go from damaged and destroyed, back better than it was before.

In 2017 I went in with some long time colleagues who have the same mind set of the level of quality, communication, and service. We began All-Star Disaster Restoration and strive every day for excellence in everything we do for our customers. I believe in the golden rule “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”.

I spent the first 15 years of my career working mainly in Oklahoma but traveling the United States for major hurricane events. I’ve been to every major hurricane since 2004 and ran everything from small residential losses to large commercial buildings. For over 10 years I’ve worked with several programs including Crawford Contractor Connections, Alacrity, DKI, Code Blue, and a few others. I’ve been a part of some award-winning years in the programs and take pride in all aspects of our work.

I am IICRC Certified in water damage restoration, fire & smoke restoration, applied microbial remediation, and carpet cleaning. I have taken a course in advanced structural drying from ADI and have my lead certification. I learn new things all the time
